First Leg

The first leg is done, the flight was uneventful, which I always consider a good thing and I’m sitting here a Changai Airport in Singapore watching the passing parade.  There’s people meandering and there’s people racing past…although that could the travelators that are making them look like they are moving so fast 🙂 and then of course there’s the ones like me just sitting here waiting for the next flight. It’s about 10.45pm in Brisbane, 8.45pm in Singapore and my flight leaves at 11.50pm and we arrived at 7pm so I have another mind numbingly boring 3 hours to hang out…..oh yay!!  It won’t be so bad on the way back because I’ll be able to buy stuff….that of course depends on whether I have any money left.

Tomorrow I’ll be in Helsinki, freezing my arse off.  They’re expecting a low of -3 and a high of……wait for it……..-2. Who’s grand idea was it to go via Finland.  I might be seeing it from the comfort of my hotel room.

Catch you all later.
