I like meeting new people. I crave travel. I enjoy being creative. I love telling stories.
I’m excited by new adventures. I aspire to be better tomorrow than I am today.
And I carry a camera - always.
I’ve never liked Brussell Sprouts but I try them again every 5 years just to double check.
I would love to have a dog again and will at some point in the future.
When you and I meet, I hope we will inspire each other, learn from each other and have some fun too.
The world is big, life is short.
About My Photography
I took my first photo with a box brownie when I was about 10 years old.
I’ve viewed a lot of my life through a camera and I still feel like a kid when I have my camera in hand.
I hope you enjoy my photos as much as I enjoyed taking them.
About What I’ve Done
My photography career started with weddings and portraits for friends and family. I studied
with one of Adelaide’s leading photographers and also worked as a school photographer. After moving to Cairns, I worked as photographer and office manager for Creative Impressions Photographics, and after living in Egypt for 2 years, I returned to Cairns and bought the business. This included being the contracted photographer on Ocean Spirit Cruises taking boarding photos of passengers going out to the reef.
Digital was becoming a reality and to move with the times, I implemented the first on-board digital photo service in Cairns. When I wasn’t out at the reef, I was doing weddings, portraits, tour groups, conferences and brochure assignments.
I moved from Cairns to Brisbane in 2005 and back to Adelaide in 2013. Being back in the corporate world has allowed me to fund my passion for photographing my travels.
My love of photography is still just as strong today and I can easily while away the hours making photos.
